| The quick service and trust that the work is done correct in regards to my needs I’m very happy with Jim & His Team fixing our vehicles, and keeping in contact with us as to what is needed. I use to take my vehicles to the main dealer to service when needed, but Jim is better and costs much less. We looked around the Hull area for a garage that we could trust and be happy to use and after searching the internet I contacted you regarding our cars. The service you gave us was exceptional (and I don’t use that word lightly). I have travelled around the UK due to my work and have used different garages to undertake servicing ,MOT’s and repairs,but in all my time I can say that I have not been as impressed with any of them as I have been with your garage. | It was with immense relief our vehicle manager found Kingston Motor Carriage Engineers (Hull) Ltd (We call it Jim Bell’s). Until company director, Jim Bell – of the famous coaches – opened his facilities to the public, our company was totally reliant on the large national garages. Since moving the account to Jim Bell we have enjoyed back-up with service schedules, safety checks and help with the Operator’s Licence documents, for the 7.5 tonne vehicle and Hiab. As this vehicle is too large for the AA/RAC breakdown services Jim’s team are on call should our driver, whilst on the road, ever be in a breakdown situation.We also use Kingston Motor Carriage Engineers (Hull) Ltd for all the smaller commercial vehicles. | I recently visited Kingston Motor Carriage to have some work carried out on my volvo as it failed its M.O.T….After a detailed description of what needed to be done Over the phone, i was invited to come down and view the failed parts and given advice and prices to fix the failed problems…The first impressions of the garage were Just how spotless and professional everything looked..All the front seats had been covered to protect them, the same for the carpets. After agreeing that id like the work carried out i was pleasantly surprised when the car had been given a quick wash on collection,(Nice touch). | Oakwood Commercials Ltd has been supplying local and national customers for 10 years now with used Mercedes vans and was looking for someone who could give our North bank customers a similar experience when it comes to servicing and taking care of any problems that should arise in their ownership of the new but used van.I contacted Jim from Kingston Motors Engineers having known them for over 15 years and because they also have a seperate coach business they understood the importance of the customer that were reliant on their vehicles whether it was just for getting them from A to B or as a time sensitive delivery van.One thing I liked about them was after seeing their set up, location for customer access and their recent investment in new up to date equipment I knew that should any of our customers need it they would certainly benefit from it.The result was that when the converstion came up about who is going to look after them should they have a problem that Oakwood Commericals couldn’t sort due to logistics I could then refer them to Kingstom Motor Engineers with the peace of mind that they would experience a great service that they deserved and rightly so, expected.In this day and age nothing is perfect and things from time to time do go wrong but it’s refreshing to know there is firms out there that will bend over backwards to help you and Kingston Motors Engineers is one of them.Many thanks Jim and keep up the good work. | Kingston Carriage was recommended to me two years ago. I can honestly say I have never had service like their’s. They are very friendly and professional and go out of their way to help their customers. Prices are very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
